OUR STORY

Where it
started.

The origin of Paleta starts with two brothers James and Luke, who grew up playing football all their life, representing teams and playing for a badge on their chest. Together they started playing padel as a pair, when the first local club opened in their area.

However question’s were asked on who they were actually playing for, and what competitions they could play. They noticed, most people tend to have “their” club, something which has been the case in football for years. From this they starting thinking how they could create Club vs Club competition.

Plans were in place for the first event to test the concept and then Luke’s partner Daisy became involved, helping to define the brand story, brand narrative and setting up the first event.

Following the first event, Paleta became a community, where brands, clubs, players all brought together for their love of padel. A place where people connect, compete and enjoy the sport we all love.

Run it properly

Draws published, courts on time, results up the same day. If we say 18:30, we mean 18:30.

Everybody plays

No format where you drive home after two games. Group stages first, knockouts after.

Standard doesn't matter

Seeded groups mean you play people at your level. Beginners and elite players in the same building.

Social Atmosphere

WHO’s behind it?

    Luke started PALETA because he believed UK padel deserved a proper platform. He is the one behind the brand, the events, and everything in between - most of which you will never see but will always feel when you show up on the day.

  • Daisy Ball

    Founder

    Focused, approachable, and driven by results, our sales manager is all about building strong relationships. They help connect people to the right solutions—with clarity and care.

  • James Redford

    Founder

    From playing football to playing padel, James has always loved the community sport can build and the competitive side of it. Hosting Paleta events, to strategic development James helps to bring the PALETA style to the community.
